Just watch the cringe worthy and half hearted performance of sherdils. Did pretty average and basic stuff. It was feeling that they are just their for the sake of being there . Compare to their UAE counterparts who pulled some amazing stunts and then Saudis came second best. JF-17 maneuvers also seemed half hearted

JF-17 Marketing teams failed spectacularly one more time. Nobody knows what JF-17 been doing and where it is going. All the vids and pics are unofficially disclosed. Not a single online platform where they disclose such thing. This whats happen when you put a BSC avionics graduate with hell lot of mundane security concerns in-charge of Marketing team instead of a professional Marketing management

I have been saying this on this forum since long ...Not only Sherdills but even JF-17 will have to introduce some more maneuvers if they would really want to impress the audience ...all these manurvers are decades old and we are tired of seeing it again and again with the same paint scheme on their planes !

Saudis need to enter jv with pakistan and china (with their finances) to develope some world beating missiles and aircraft....

Its the tougher route than bying off the shelf products from arms supermarket....

But these products wont have a hefty price tag and expiry date attached

I think Saudia-Turkey-Pakistan can make some great missiles and defence equipment, Saudis have capital, turks have technology we have man power and experience. A perfect combo, we can make so many great missiles that can be at par with the best.

to be very honest JF 17 and al khalids and JV with Pakistan, china, turkey and other countries make a lot of sense for Saudis. not only it diversify their force. these countries can offer stuff that US or western countries may deem too sensitive for them to have, also they can build an armada based on price difference in relatively short time, considering that prices of high end western stuff is equivalent to a highway robbery. also west might offer better stuff at reduced prices if they fear they are loosing out in market......

just sticking to flashy US planes is not going to get them very far.....
