The indians messed up LCA and a number of other programmes

From Arjun which 75% of which are broken down to insas which jammed and didnt work to Rustom which was a dud

Even the T90s made in india are poor quality forcing the indians to purchase direct from Russia
The Su30s made in india only have a availability of around 50%

The dhruvs they managed to sell to the Equadorians were death traps which they returned

The difference is Tejas is a completely Indian aircraft which India has built from ground up

The Tejas is as Indian as the Rafale is Egyptian or Qatari.

Pakistani contributions to Jf-17 are next to nil, It is little more than licensed manufacturing deal being presented as joint development.

Correct equivalent to Pakistan manufacture of Jf-17 , will be Indian licensed production of Su-30MKI of which India has over 200. Factually speaking Su 30 MKI has more Indian contribution than JF-17 has Pakistani.

The Su-30 is a Russian produced plane.
India buys it's su-30's from Russia 'as in pays with money' (with some level of localization) and as a result can't export them.

The JF-17 was actually jointly developed (like the eurofighter was) and as a result has already locked export orders.
