Guys if you notice on his right shoulder the badge seems if it is delibratly censored in the pic by painting black...i hve got this feeling that J10 or FC20 is not very far away and we might get some surprising good news in 2011....

Its probably just a smaller velcro patch that was given to him as a souvenir..he added it to his name tag..
