I think some Hindus just feel left out from the greater Abrahamic rivalry...When Christians Muslims and Jews discuss and fight about theology and history...Hindus being a sizable religious group(although concentrated in one locality) are not given enough attention from a religious POV by the others... I don't see any other reason why they would come up this bullshit!
