and dont compare to Jinnah's joining AIML with these people. Jinnah played his politics on two point that is "Complete Independence from the British and Rights of the Muslims" he never compromised on it. whereas these people, atleast most of them are joining because PTI has won the public support in Lahore, heart of Pakistan politics.
these people can be compared with those who joined AIML after seeing the success of AIML in 1946 elections. and what happened after Jinnah/Liaquat? Daultana, Tiwana, khoro all these who were secretly grouped failed AIML to achieve its objectives !!

Completely agree with you - I saw a program where Imran was asked questions by youth I think Kamrran Shahid hosted the program - After watching that particular program i thought that perhaps Pakistan deserves PML-N and PPP.In my opinion honest like Imran Khan cannot serve Pakistani Nation because the majority is corrupt and sold out or in any case is direct beneficiary of corruption from the two main parties.

In that times…PTI followers were simply on Offensive, Aggressive in every argument everywhere…no matter whatever anyone say or joke about PTI, as the best reply to all those critics (Including myself) at that moments was “Change” PTI bringing about with new faces and electorate, They were better off argumentatively in those times.

Now when that visible change is eroding day by day; the same follower finds it quite difficult to defend PTI on the same grounds (Change) anymore and that leave them less offensive and aggressive everywhere and the arguments of “Change” are turning into “Compromise” quite dejectedly.

Therefore, the first casualty of these entrants makes is……PTI dents its “Core Cause” quite bitterly by her own.

Their might be some good people in these new entrants but what it means when we saw majority of these people in every new government whosoever make it in any setup any time, The best historical phrase known for them in our politics is “Faslee Batairay” and everyone knows their lifecycles quite clearly.

Well, i agree to some extent that these people might Hijack PTI, I can see these people are not to be trusted because of their past records of changes parties but the problem here is we have parlimentary system, you have to win seats and majority of seats comprise rural vote, So how to win ? ofcourse we have to accept these people but IK must keep the party under his control If he wants to implement his party agenda. may be to some extent as ZAB had after 1970.

Define PTI followers... 99% of the people who will vote for PTI ke ghar pe kuch special nahi aanay wala.

The change is still there since the concept is about policies which have still remained the same, the people are not still mainline known corrupt players, and those people themselves have made a commitment to the PTI policies. Imran had always said whoever wants to join him may do so under the Truth and Reconciliation banner - this has not been a simple reconciliation of benefits.

The Benefit to PTI is apparent, the commitment from these joining members who should be appreciated for applying PTI's strict norms and regulations should also be apparent.

The problem is you're remembering selectively just complicate and confuse the matter. You know the usual Pakistani shurli baazi "Oh yaar ay vi bik gaya". Bika hota toh bigger players ko milaya hota.

I don't think there is any confusion on the part of the PTI supporters and they should take this latest round of gossip-mongering in stride like the "Imran Zani campaign", like the "Imran is a newbie campaign", like the "Taliban Khan campaign", and so many other failed schemes of supporters of the corrupt, tried and failed leaders of Pakistan.

Imran Khan's political moves make good sense if you give it some thought.

In city areas, party and "baradri"(clan) loyalties are very weak and PTI's educated candidates can win. In rural/village areas, "baradri" starts to count and you need candidates with an entrenched vote-bank to win.

So Imran Khan is including some rural power enlarges the party's strength in an election. This means he might have an actual chance to have enough rural power(rural areas are where >80% of votes are won in Pakistan) and WIN and make some CHANGES which we are in dire need of.

The politicians joining Imran Khan are among the cleaner ones in our country, but the unfortunate reality is that even the "cleaner" ones come with baggage and a history. Imran Khan says that the people joining him are those that abstained from *financial* corruption, though they are tainted politically. These people will either change their ways, now that they are in a party in which corruption is not the end-objective, or they will part ways with PTI.

For now, for PTI it is beneficial to have some politicians with rural power. After the Lahore Jalsa which seems to have deeply shook the traditional parties(both PML-N and PPP), these parties seem to have opened up the $$$ on the media, and media coverage seems to have turned very biased. No longer are PTI folks even allowed to present their point of view, as guests from other parties as well as anchors gang up on some poor hapless PTI technocrat. That is something PTI should carefully analyze and understand.
