Japan and CHINA has a long standing mistrust, we can not play politics based on this mistrust and say that CHINA is disliked by every one.
May be they are desliked by some, but its a matter of personal idea based on what one hears and understands from the media in their home country

India
Indonesia

Malaysia
Australia
Vietnam
Philippines

And there are scores of others too who have no love lost for Chinese arrogance!

people have their likes and dislikes,US is the most hated country in the world but it doesnt stop it to be a superpower,no one hates small countries cause people just don't care about them.some countries still have a long way to go to work up to that level.
