First, I won't defend North Korea's dictatorship, I do not like it, like many Chinese. Every time since Kims claimed a war, we would know that it's a political show. Kims try to distract common N.Korea people's mind from starving to death to turn against US, because many N.Koreans, known as defectors, are escaping to China, which threatens his dictatorship. More importantly, that fat Kim have been blackmailing China for a long time by claiming a war. That guy just want money to cover the famine or his own consumption.

Japan is different. Japan did actually cause miserable memories and commit big big crimes to Asian peoples. N.Korea is just bluffing....

You do realize that they can violate/change/alter their own constitution as and when they please. A Constitution is for internal governance - it is not a pledge to the United Nations or the world at large. In fact, Saudi Arabia does not even have a Constitution till date - Pakistan's own Constitution has barely even been adhered to. That specific clause was inserted by McArthur. Wake up, it is not the 1950s.
