When it comes to testing, it is measured in per capita. When it comes to infections, it is measured in total.

Brother, please check the source I provided. Don't blame Japan, they are doing the right thing for their country.

Japanese have no gripe with Pakistan, they are a friendly nation to us (when US allows them to be.)

They don't have independent foreign policy either.

Even for Japanese citizens coming back from abroad they have to remain separated for two weeks in a quarantine shelter. Japan is doing well with very low number of pandemic patients. All the people wear masks while out of house. People are law abiding.
