Quran doesn't need anyone's interpretation, for goodness sake its like saying the CREATOR didn't know but the creation knows better, Quran is it's own interpretation, that has to be accepted by all. The next step all the sectarians then provide basis for their sects from Quran and Quran only, no basis for difference of opinion are acceptable from fairy tales invented by Persians.

But Quran do provide you fundamentals of justice which could have been used for arguing for Kalabagh dam providing rights to muslimeens through it. did anyone use it? No. what was used? ethnicity and race wars. Why is it allowed? Politics.

If state says Zakat is x% then it is that. No one will be allowed to debate or argue against it! If state says that Khutbahs will be state approved only, then that will be so.

State will not recognise multiple interpretations. Keep those interpretations in private life.
