JF-17 is also a under mach-2 plane.

Yeah. It is silly to compare aircraft on basis of thrust. That is what I was saying.

Jaguar is a completely different aircraft and it doesn't a powerful engine, or a great radar, missile package.

All it needs is a good range and bombing capability, which it seems to have. While on bombing missions it will be escorted by Mig29s or Su30s. So comparing it is useless.
