Can you quote a single case similar to Kulabhushan's case. If it is there, then it shows incompetence of Pak govt and it's attitude towards it's citizen.

Confession under duress is not admissible. ICJ nor anyone said he is a terrorist either. Only Pakistanis call him a terrorist. I mean, we both know how much that means.
