I don't know if this is stupid question or not, but why we cannot ask our Chines friend to transfer some of J-10 technology to Pakistan? I mean in 2-3 years we should be able to create those by ourself. In this way no burden on China to fulfill everyone's req.

Honestly j-17 looks pretty Cheesy as compared to J-10 looks like a kick as fighter.

I can tell you as an engineer the you cannot have a normal gear if you have belly wings (you know those wings downwards just before the end) like this design...

assuming that china transfer the J-10 technology to pakistan now,where is the engine from,the TOT between china and pakistan will only happen under table before we get rid of russia's engine, india will yap after russia if they know this
