Yes American F-15s did pretty good against Indian Su-30s , so NO the Russian still won't kick our @sses

More importantly F-15s haven't tasted modern air combat, their kills is what i say "raw" kills with one on one against hostile baseline fighters.

Come again with todays force multipliers with Awacs and EW on both sides and you will see F-15 being put in its place with any 4.5 gen bird.

You gotta deal with our Air force first son then our 2nd biggest Air Force in the world the U.S Navy Air Wing , and then our Air National Guard

J-16 is being develop earlier than F15EX hence its Avionics ànd weapon system is little bit older than F-15EX
