But they can't leave India then. The time they move out of Italian Embassy, they will be on Indian soil. We can arrest them then and their.

They can't live in Embassy for their entire life. And if they are judged guilty, they will be directly sent to jail from Court.

Yes. This is a face saving compromise for both countries.

India can claim that they returned to India.
Italy can claim that they remain in Italian territory, under Italian jurisdiction.

They are coming to India to refuse summons? Please,be logical.They are not here for picnic,don't you think?
