What's new

Italy lied to us: Will we hit back or stay a banana republic?

]it's not the words of court but arguments from prosecution.
he has diabetes and that affected his eyes, and because of timely treatment has been denied (and often taken to hospital just to make documents and evade the court ,) he lost 75% of eye sight.
I am not entering to the merits of the case, he could be innocent or may be he is not, but it is violation of a citizens human right and fundamental right that he has to spend 9 years in jail, only to find out whether he is guilty or not, then again the same person is picked up and send to jail (now it's three years ) on another case, again same procedure, put yourself in his shoes, would you like to be in jail for nearly a decade with out proving guilty of anything ? and later released saying not guilty and once again the same **** on another case ? and on the other side you see foreigners are accused of killing a Indian citizen are send to celebrate Christmas and send to to vote, knowing there is little India could do incase if they decide to not return.

Prosecution is the part of court. Public prosecutors always are hand in gloves with the court.

The prosecution is the legal party responsible for presenting the case in a criminal trial against an individual accused of breaking the law.

As for justice anomalies in India there are plenty. The cases are languishing in courts for years. There is so much of a backlog. Thats why we need Modi, and not a status Quo who want current situation to prevail. Madani was booked on multiple terror charges ranging from 3 states. Then think of Raja, Kazimoni who were refused bail being MPs for apx one year.

prosecution is not equal to court or judge, it's the opposition party representing state.
spending more than a decade in prison for just court proceeding is simply un acceptable and failure of justice system. if somebody else spend so many years in jail for justice if then that is also wrong. refusing bail to powerful persons, dangerous people is nothing new, but there should be a timely procedures, and in his case it clearly did not happen.no excuse can be made, justice delayed is justice denied.

And your nation as free country by our Mujahadeens,

LOL. Dude. lmao...

I mean if you can do it go ahead.

razpak i straightly ask you one question... don't you feel shame.... to troll like a clown do? Don't you have self honor .... If any one saw your post... they will welcome you or treat you like a troll...

Prosecutors are typically lawyers who possess a law degree, and are recognized as legal professionals by the court in which they intend to represent the state (the society). They are typically employed by an office of the government.

As for the speedy execution of trials, remove the backlog with special courts, for which Congress has no appetite.

Look at Gujarat:

Night courts to clear backlog of pending cases in Gujarat : STATES - India Today

Courts in Gujarat to appoint MBAs to reduce pendency - Times Of India

This whole Italian saga is a funny story ....it was obvious to most sensible people that the Italians would have been release by hook or by crook by the congress govt. The day they were released for 'christmas' should have raised red flags ......

Even now cong govt. minister is trying to play down this affair to make the public forget about it. Salman krushied the external affar minister said on TV that he got to know this news via newspaper and they are going to 'study it'. Soon in a week most people will forget about this and get back to their daily life.

....Next will be a horde of spineless Indians who will go over board trying to defend the congress .......claiming its the fault of the Judiciary and not the central govt

...Another batch of Indians with low self respect will jump aboard to say Indians deserve this because .....of this ....of that ...etc.....:P

....next batch of Indians will now claim its Indians are fools, Italians are smart....

....meanwhile the congress will be laughing its way to a next election victory and to their swiss banks. Life goes on....

PMO was involved in a decision to release them, hence Sonia is involved.

The responsibility and failure will be shared by central govt and supreme court.

...its obvious that this whole thing was staged to help the Italians escape ....congress has mastered the art of taking Indians for a ride ....this is along expected lines.

........the decision to let the Italians go was taken by our Chief Justice Mr. Altamas Kabir, a MUSLIM......he would now be retiring next month.....you can be sure congress will offer him some role of Governor.......:P

@arp2041 Soon you will also loose interest in Defense related threads.

What's the point of having weapons when all nations can snub India ?

his Congress has made India a laughing stock.

nothing will happen because they (Europeans) unite on every issue while we fight and try to stab each other.

I wouldn't judge a supreme court judge by his religion.
