Yes Turkey is clean, we have government workers everywhere cleaning streets taking care of flowers and green areas and parks.

I live here and even I am impressed by how clean and nice it is and very high security which means you are very safe.

The sidewalks are wide and good and many other good things for people.

Everyone is friendly people that live around here, cab drivers, shops.

I think Turkey is the easiest place to make new friends because people are warm and friendly.

The downside you could say is the income level, it could be better. Also prices are increasing, still cheaper than Europe but some items are very expensive. Like the coffee brand I drink costs around $11 USD, which is too much since I drink a lot of coffee it becomes over $50 per month on coffee alone, add to that milk and sugar.

Milk costs $1 USD.

Some specific items are expensive while others are cheap, bread costs only $0.23 USD.
