They have put HUGE decisions around a major country dependent on some chicken$hit marines issue which their own papers say might be at fault. Europe is becoming a joke!!!

Amdist all the media limelight on Greece, sometimes it is easy to forget and see that Italy is next in line of a crisis in Europe. Italy's debt is next only to Greece and an economic crisis is looming large.

With such sad state of affairs, it isn't surprising one bit that government will cling to any issue (marines for example) to divert public attention.
btw with US support assured, Italy at best can do is to raise some slogans and hollow protest.
