Spoken like a typical Bhakt. My Papa was a lawyer so I must know the law. And the term is "Advocate", not lawyer. I studied at NLSIU, Bangalore, the best law school in the country, worked at the Supreme Court for two years before moving out of India to complete my Masters in Economics at LSE, before branching out of law. But of course, you being the son of a retired advocate will know much more - wisdom gained from long evening walks discussing jurisprudence with him. Congrats, and stop wasting your valuable time on ignorant people like myself.
For all your qualifications ,which I'm frankly beginning to doubt , given your line of argument , which is immature and childish to begin with ,My response was to to a certain context , the context being your insinuations that I would do a Google scan to look up the term Orbiter Dicta .
I replied , I don't have to , as in spite of being a qualified engineer , I do help out my father in drafting and other matters since childhood , hence such legal terms which may sound Greek to other members out here are familiar terms to me .The implication being I don't need to Google scan when I can always approach my father with a legal problem to which he would definitely have a remedy .
Look at your your comments and the insecurity behind it .
My response to your earlier posts were four to five paragraphs long , yet you find one obscure line to quote and challenge me .
Says a lot about you.I think I've indulged you enough. I thought I was engaging an educated person in a civilised debate.
Frankly , from your debating skills , line of argument , language used, I can think of ambulance chasers or barely employed lawyers standing in chapalls outside courts ,chewing pan , rushing onto you offering their services to draft an affidavit who'd have better arguments to make than you with your burden of "qualifications " , which I'm challenging as false .
Now begone.You aren't worth my time .
