actually if you read what he said, he is not advocating crime against women, rather it shows what he thinks of arabs.
Basically he said, arabs will only stop attacking you if their women folks are at danger.
More of a racial bias(painting arabs as inferior) than actual intent to harm women.

I do NOT agree what you assumed. In fact his statement is about how Arabs/Muslims hold their women as their honour and hence this man is advocating raping their women which he thinks will force Arabs to stop resistance against Israeli Terrorism.

what you read as 'honour' is clearly potrayed as a inferior culture in italics. You need to think from the point of view of person who said this.. not your point of view.

What happens if the sister and mother are suicide bombers? Are the israeli females going to rape their brothers? Evolution dictates that resistance does not care for these things. It will only make the immediate family of the bomber also follow in his footsteps because what will follow them is utterly a crime against humanity. They will end their lives either with poison or becoming a bomber. Either way the guy has very little knowledge of the middle east if thats the best he could come up with.
