Stop saying nonsense, "dumb" missile strikes are the hardest to intercept, shooting down cruise missiles and drones Russia is using is possible even with 70s technology, physically they're not that different than jet fighters and prop planes.

Meanwhile intercepting many ballistic path following projectiles remains a much harder task. Iron Dome can even intercept mortar and artillery shell, this is an infinitely more difficult task than intercepting some subsonic cruise missile.

There is no difference btw Russia and the US regarding Iran getting nuke, on the contrary Russia is against it much more due to being close to Iran.
