Israel uses German technology for naval operations
Israel has added German submarines to its arsenal in preparation for attacks or defence that may be necessary due to mounting tension in the region.
Israel now has four Dolphin submarine bought from Germany, and two more are on order. Industry magazine Jane’s Defence Weekly reports the submarines are nuclear-armed.
Speaking anonymously, an Israeli officer said he could not discuss exactly how the submarines would be used: “We are not allowed to talk about our operations as this is the secret of our success. If I revealed what we are planning to do in case of war, the enemy would be waiting for us and we don’t want to give them a competitive edge.”
With Iran’s 10-day naval war games in December and threats to close the vital oil-shipping Strait of Hormuz route, the timing may be right for Israel to demonstrate its sea capabilities.
Experts claim, Israel’s Dolphin submarines can hit targets 1,500 kilometres away – putting Iran within range.

What about MTCR????
One clause of MTCR is "The MTCR also undertakes outreach activities to keep non-Partners informed about the group's activities and to provide practical assistance regarding efforts to prevent the proliferation of WMD delivery systems."
Germany is a part of G-7 countries and if Israel can be benefited,,,, why shouldn't India as we have got Nuclear Sub????
