well your claim is both right and wrong . there is no problem of
using white phosphorus against military targets but they are
forbidden in civilian area and the problem is to find some place
in Gaza strip which is not populated by civilians .

Do your security forces adopt the same approach when hurting and shooting civilians in Tibet and Xinjiang?

Tibetans and Uighurs don't get security shakedowns when they enter Beijing or Shanghai and don't have to drive through checkpoints. They are absolutely free to go anywhere they want in China and to move abroad if they feel the situation at home is not satisfactory.

Palestinians are not free to move in Israel, and they do not have their own state. This is colonialism. Just like "no dogs or Chinese allowed" in Hong Kong under British rule.
