in international waters,israel attacked a ship carrying humanitarian aid and killed 9 people...there were no weapons in the ship..Turkey searched the ship before its journey and found no kind of weapons..these are massive differences between the two intercepts..

there are also autopsy reports show that activists got shot in the head from a very close-range...

israel wanted to give the message that they are very determined about the blockade..thats why they murdered people in international waters..
