Both in terms of climate and festivals. spring and autumn are the best.
In April-May there is a chance of dusty Khamsin, but normally it is not even nearly hot as in the summer. And it is the time of Passover and Independence day festivals
October-November are normally not as wet and cold as the winter, and there Jewish new year and Sukkot festivals.
