Did you even bother to fully read the article??Or research a little bit on the guy??
If you had, you would have known that victory for this particular general( belonging to a group of army hardliners, with similiar thoughts), would have meant capturing the whole disputed territory of Kashmir and raising another corp in Kargil Sector!!!

How is that video relevant to Kargil?, do you want people to post Pakistani security forces running away from terrorists, like what happened when the Sri Lankan team was attacked by four terrorists and there were no cops for a mile - cos all of them ran away.
