Gaza is a Palestinian territory separate from the Palestinian West Bank, it is currently under a naval blockade and land siege which the UN has condemned and also foreign nations such as the UK. After the 2012 Israeli offensive on Gaza part of the deal was to ease land restrictions to allow Palestinians to get basic goods they need through the land crossings and also export. To this day Israel has not stood true to the agreement and the siege only has been getting worse. They bomb the strip occasionally to test their weapons and dominate the Palestinians. In the West Bank they do so through a land occupation, different methods for the same purpose, which is to commit a slow genocide on the Palestinians. Over here in the morning they committed land incursions and razed agricultural land owned by Palestinian farmers. Israel is saying Gaza is sovereign and cannot retaliate against Israel, yet Israel purposely exercises control over Gaza because it wants to have an impact on it's economy and progress. They even want far to calculate the number of calories each Palestinian needs to barely avoid starvation. All Palestinians abide by this cease fire still even though Israel has violated it almost now a few hundred times and never implemented the core principles of it. They have some collaborators in Gaza who fire rockets at close border empty open areas to give Israel an excuse to launch over a dozen air raids to try provoking a response from Hamas. Palestinians are very weak and never want a war with Israel, they had no other choice in the past but to resist the Israeli occupation. Hamas deploys forces to prevent any suspicious people from violating the national agreement, they aren't always easy to find especially at all moments of the day.

It's not a genocide in the sense of killing as many Palestinians as they could, it's about identity genocide. We used to be the original inhabitants until the early 1900's. Today Israel occupies our land, limits our rights in our own land, demolishes our homes and confiscates our land, etc.... They want to annex our land and destroy our identity. Sadly, some Jewish organizations overseas help support the fight against the Palestinian national identity. Now, the West Bank property is controlled by the minority illegal settlers in the hundreds of thousands. These settlers are foreign Jewish people who get citizenship from Israel if they prove their 'Jewishness', so Israel then occupies our land, demolishes our homes and builds in place of them Jewish only settlements through brute force by their military. So you lose all your property, and you no longer can travel through your own cities and towns since they become Jewish dominated and the Israeli army enforces this. If you think about it, what can Muslim countries do? Israel would destroy them too along with U.S. help. This thing today is about humanity, there are many Palestinians Christians as well who face the same discrimination and struggle. Many people around the world support the Palestinian right to self determination, we're all in it together. So it's not a Muslim issue really, Palestinians used to also be very secular and they still are today with the exception of some people in Gaza. So let's hope the UN and international world support a future Palestinian sovereign state. This is just a small overview of what's happening, the more you read about Israel the more you will dislike it, by this I mean their actions and attitude towards Arabs/Palestinians and non-jews.
 
Gaza government: The occupation is trying to 'stir things up'

The government in Gaza has accused the Israeli occupation of trying to "stir things up" in order to get itself out of the political crisis it is currently experiencing, stressing that the Palestinian people have many means enabling them to restrain the Israeli aggression.

Commenting on the series of intensive raids carried out by Israeli aircrafts last night hitting several targets, the media advisor to the government in Gaza, Taher Al-Nounou, said in a statement to the Safa news agency: "The occupation resorted to escalating matters in Gaza in order to export the crisis and create a confrontation."

Al-Nounou warned the occupation against "messing about", calling on all concerned parties to shoulder their responsibilities to stop this "reckless act" committed by the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Thursday's Israeli airstrikes on Gaza led to $3 million losses

Palestinian losses caused by the latest Israeli airstrikes which took place on Thursday night reached $3 million, statistics by the Palestinian Chamber of Commerce showed.

The Israeli warplanes struck ten targets along the Gaza Strip, injuring a child and 30 year old man. The airstrikes also caused serious damage in the factories and shops hit by the F16 rockets.

Jewellery shops, car paints shops and a washing machines factory were targeted in the strikes. A number of farms and Hamas bases were also targeted.

According to the Palestinian Chamber of Commerce, the continuous targeting of factories, shops and farmlands doubles the losses. Direct losses were estimated at $3million, but indirect and long-term losses amount to over than $10 million.

I saw video while ago where Jewish tourist where watching Arab cities being bombed with binoculars from a safe distance. It turns out it is a tourist thing in Israel. Sad and sick.
