Imran khan should present evidence to support his اقدام قتل allegations against military officers.
I agree with ISPR.

Does IK has the capacity to do the detective work and gather all the proofs? We have institutions to do that job. As an ordinary citizen, you are supposed to file an FIR and then let the institutes do their job from there onwards.

What happened here is, IK was denied from registering an FIR in the first place.

Shouldn't Imran Khan take the legal recourse rather than political point scoring and accusations without a shred of evidence? If he indeed believes that ISI or the Establishment was behind the unsuccessful attempt then should take them to court.

And he has been taking legal recourse. He tried to register an FIR, which the police did not accept.

He has approached the SC as well, but still no hearing has taken place.

So what other legal recourse do you think he should undertake?

He wasn't denied registering of an FIR but rather the nominations which included the PM the Interior Minister and the Chief of the Army!!

And all this was without a shred of evidence. One has to prove that his nomination/allegation has some foundation, which Imran Khan was unable to do and hence the result.
