The dirty dozen since then are not trying to arrest Khan at court appearance, or try to kill IK, that would unleash huge reaction from people.

Whether the accused is really the culprit, will be an outcome of an investigation.

The establishment thinks the public is stupid and can absolve themselves of any blame.

The police will not register an FIR against VIP's on the whims and hallucinations; and I don't mean Politicians when I say VIP but people holding certain positions such as the PM, the CJP, Governors, President, COAS etc.

Imran Khan wanted to register an FIR against the Army Chief, the Prime Minister and the Interior Minister without a shred of evidence. If I go to register an FIR against my servant, the police will demand what reasons I have for suspicion and I will have to provide a logical reason otherwise FIR will not be registered even against my servant!

Besides, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi, the CM at that time, has come out and stated that it was on his orders that the FIR was not registered against the Army Officer.

FIR is First Information Report and you don't need to prove or furnish any proofs to file an FIR.

they are not fooling each other joke is on us. We (public) are being fooled to garner sympathy and hence he going to the limits and also crossing it. If army wanted him dead, he would have been dead long ago.

He wasn't denied registering of an FIR but rather the nominations which included the PM the Interior Minister and the Chief of the Army!!

And all this was without a shred of evidence. One has to prove that his nomination/allegation has some foundation, which Imran Khan was unable to do and hence the result.

In an FIR he can even nominate president bush sr.

If you go to the police station and register an FIR against your servant you would be able to.

FIR doesn’t mean your servant becomes a criminal. He/She is ‘accused’.

The police and institutions responsible for investigation will perform their duty and your servant will be convicted or exonerated based on the evidence in the court of law.

Pervez Elahi is not in the picture. IK still cannot register an FIR case because the establishment has pressured the police to not register IK’s FIR case.

His own CM of the province discredited Imran Khan today when he categorically claimed responsibility for the FIR not including the name of the Army Officer.

And FIR was indeed registered, hearing for which is underway.
