In some aspects, human beings are also like animals. For example, dogs natural instinct is this that they are enemies of cats and they have to attack them. But by educating the dogs, it becomes possible that they become peaceful with the cats and their testosterones level does not compel them to attack the cats.

So, the very important thing is "Education".

In Europe, human beings have already been educated to an extent where women are moving in little dress in summers, and no body goes crazy to rape them.

Actually, we all know that Muslim Males have a lot of FRUSTRATION. You will not find this much frustration in the European people.

Then there are African tribes where women were bare breasts since centuries, and it has become a norm in the culture and people don't rape them. Historically, such tribes were found every where in the world, and only recently their women started hiding their breasts.

Actually almost whole Africa was full of culture of naked breasts up till 2 or 3 centuries ago, while Muslim Africa got slave women who were also naked along with the local population. It were the Christians who dominated in Africa and brought clothes which covered the women breasts.

In India too, it were the Englanders who introduced the culture of women covering their breasts, otherwise traditionally women of many areas were always with naked breasts.

We, the human beings, our ancestors were mostly naked as they passed through evolution through out the history. But this is another lengthy topic.

Here once again I point out the fact about Education. If some thing becomes a NORM in a society, then human mind accepts it and starts behaving accordingly.

its funny since you posted a link to show reality by "statistics" and there is no Iran in that list !

when we were kids in school they told us that : Understanding the problem is half of solution

I'm sorry @veg brother. I'm not buying your new concept and keep with good old natures concepts.

You saw that video with the teasing girl and the black Americans. This is the reality of nature, plus low culture. Don't compare this to feminized white europeans about whom nobody really knows how long they will stay fertile.
Don't list totally primitive cultures for naked breasts as role model or example for our context.


With exceptions for such basic things are dictated by nature: A teasing woman (w/o hejab, shirt, pants) will always attract a healthy man and activate his basic reproductive instincts.

So let me keep with natures laws and you can create new concepts, retaining your natural testosterone and see where they bring you. The old natural concept has passed all it's field tests.

For a reminder: I'm still not pro or contra hejab.
