Your figure of 5 million Bangalis in Pakistan is brain fart. The 2.5 million figure also seems exaggerated. The Bangalis are concentrated in Karachi and I don't think that they constitute 15% of the city's population.

The Afghan refugees already in Pakistan will not return to Afghanistan. There will be continous migrations as there is still militancy in Afghanistan. We cannot stop this migration but only can manage it.
