I fully agree, but the establishment hasn’t learnt it’s lessons from history. Repression is a poor way of dealing with the grievances of citizenry.

Couple that with the current economic climate and actual efforts by regional adversaries to use disgruntled parties against the state. It’s foolish of the umpteenth degree to be behaving like this.

Ijaz Shah should be called to the court and asked to verify his 'patriotism' certificate. A lot of bots on this forum don't even realise that these peaceful protesters were not all PTM members. There were students as well from good backgrounds who were exercising their constitutional right.

Courts seem to be the last beacon of hope for upholding the civil liberties and rights. I pray that they don't get compromised. When an oppressed person won't see a hope in legal proceedings, he'll automatically be drawn towards violence.

The State of Pakistan needs to rethink its policy of repression.

They can bring down govt as in Case of nawaz Ganjo and stop the extension of Army chief. Why ? because of the constitution and law gives them that power and if you wish to abuse them, please be a man and do that to a judge during session and then see what happens to you

It’s not about how LAW is above all or how it must be respected, rather how it is written. In case of Pakistan, there judiciary goons have highlighted loopholes in their laws and constitution so as to facilitate the evil.

I am not here to defend judges so dont ask me that question, My mere objection was on that fact that no one has the right to disrespect court of law, yes our Legal system has challenges like all the department but it is not total failure like some African country, as i have mentioned you earlier the court has the power given to it by constitution, it has brought down the corrupt govt and has stopped the ext of Army chief, its not total failure as you claim it to be. Obviosuly your emotions are running high.

Consider this if in your Family your elder presents you a verdict that goes against your wishes do you start abusing them outright ?

So you admit courts relaxed because of technicality of evidence. He's been granted bail not a clean chit.

As I said protesting is ok, but treason isn't. If he is true then go to courts and have trust in Pakistan. And if they are genuine they should refrain from allowing Afghanistan/Indian gov interference.
