Those Indian citizen jihadis will be sent back to India. And once they return they will recruit within India on the foundation of a movement which controls Iraq and a few areas in Syria. Then the tamasha will start.

You forget ,we are not a security paranoid country like Americans.They cant fight a war without technology and airpower.We are in this game long time since 1990s.
If they did some attacks in India our only measure is to increase our intelligence capacity.And they cant intimidate Indians with such tricks.Look at 26/11 peoples in Mumbai was started their regular duty just after the attack they dont feel fear after that attack.
