Why wasnt this alleged raid reported before?

Who lives in under construction complexes?

Why were children of Pak Diplomats targeted?

They aren't living in under construction complex, its that the construction of it has continuously been delayed by pak authorities and Indian officials have to make do with what they have, or move to different areas which are less safe. Also there have been cases of break ins and in an instance a diplomat's laptop was stolen. this is the reason why Pak posting has been declared as No family posting.

Hope such issues don't repeat on either side.

There never has been any need to make these things public, moreover such things should not even take place. IMO indian embassy didn't make public and took up the issue with Pak counterparts, but since pak embassy made it public, india had to do the same.

Why was this not reported when it happened?

Diplomats don’t just move to other areas and construction doesnt mean they have magically overnight need to relocate...

Is it the indian embassy or is it a railway station? Nobody from outside can just barge in an steal a laptop.. maybe one you’re own diplomat was involved..

Why does Pakistan and india even have diplomats in eachother's nations? They both should have 0 contact with one another.
