They should train Eagles and Hawks to steal the laptops.
And train some lions to steal their food.

Rather then try and focus on real problems, Indian news channels are fed news or they make it up,with sources, which can be made headlines. Is it a policy to leak Intel onto the press, or disclose ISI working to the media.
Just so all you clowns grow up, NO one steals laptops, that itself is useless, It is much easier to plant a virus to report on the activity of the user. If someone can steal a laptop I think they would rather install or plug a USB with a built in virus and let it copy data and send it on-line to remote servers which will bounce back and forth to some masked IP in a neutral country where the data can be collected.
BUT no, the most perverted stupid reporting is eaten by the Indians here and they think it is logical. Why would you take a laptop when you can have laptops which stay in the use of the army and will continuously send data till the day antiviruses can catch up with them. But kudos to all those who have brains smaller then pigeons and buy every report their media gives them.

please do not give them ideas or you will see a headline in a few days with some poor animal being put through tests.

Any why wouldn't the ISI use pigeons? Who do you think they are? The CIA??
Because talking on gaming platforms, using coded advertisements on internet, and other methods have already replaced these methods ages ago. If you read open source information on intelligence agencies you would figure out how stupid your arguments are.

@syedali73 check this thread out and stop arguing with most people you waste time with...

When you are on the borders of RURAL INDIA AND PAKISTAN, places nowhere close to civilization, I can assure you using pigeons is not a bad idea. 'Coded Advertisements' to exchange information in border areas.

Educate yourself, try it there are advantages to it. Tracking pigeons are very expensive, and they are not used. Lots of intelligence methods are used in rural areas. pigeons are the last thing one uses, white ones with numbers written on them even less so.

Educate yourself, it helps. Who do you think an average agent is? James Bond? Usually someone dressed as a GOAT HERDER and sent across the border to villages which probably don't even have electricity. Considering that Indian intelligence even scans the mobile/ airwaves especially in borders and keeps a tight leash with patrols, using something difficult to track is not a bad idea. Of course your problem with this is that it shows your 'agents' are usually goat herders/ cattle traders etc. but then that's the reality on ground.

Goat herder=HUMINT
reliable, trained, can blend in
Pigeon with numbers on it
unreliable, stands out, can not be depended on
I do not know how backward you are and if you ever have went to a village in your life time in Kashmir
Scanning frequencies does not help when intelligence wants to get messages across. STUDY world war 2 and the intelligence with radio messages, then grow up and stop quoting me with illogical rants or I will report you for trolling and stupid replies. I have no problem with agents being goat herders, fruit vendors, even sweepers. They get their job done and that is what matters.
