I'm kinda sick of the big mouthed babus on our side. The timing of these blabering is entirely wrong too. It'll effect the proposed Indo-Pak talk today the same way as Mr. Salaluddin's hate rally. These talks, mind you, are result of some great initiatives from both side inspite of not having much of popular mandate... We have failed these initiatives but falling prey to those who donot want peace to flurish in South Asia.
The timing of these declarations about ISI, RAW and hate rallies do have significance.... same way as the Kargil war, Parliament attack, 26/11 etc.. And the fools that we are, we have been falling easy prey to these tricks, times and again..
Our Babus need to learn when to keep their big mouth shut and when to open.. The moment they get even a whiff of something the full fledged story goes to the media instead of them trying discretely to work on the leads to put up some solid case in front of the world. We have seen what had happened with the Pune blast accused in Indian and Hafeej Saeed in Pakistani court... All result of imature blaberring instead of some sincere ground work.
My message to both sides: If you really wanna work on peace, make these pie-holes shut-off for the time being.. 60 years, we had been singing the same songs and still haven't learnt our lessions and still choose to dwell on the same lines.. You did this/ you do that.. for petes sake, shut the f#@k off!!!
Otherwise stop this drama of peace talks which gives false hopes to peace loving people like me.
P.S.: And I seriously think, India and Pakistan should concentrate more on economic cooperation rather then this stupid peace talk dramas. Also, India being the bigger abd better off (as of now) of the two, should try to be the more generous one. The peace will follow economic upliftment of the citizens of the two region.
