Hi. I needed to have some basic guideline regarding my situation. I am going to consult a specialist but before that, I need to know which one and whether if I really need to.

This is regarding hypertension, tremor and BP.

all three together could be hyper thyroidism

alone most common cause of blood pressure is nothing meaning just age

most common cause of tremor is essential tremor which is familial and is more pronounce with age

honestly, you dont need to see a specialist for any of these conditions

Neuro diagnosed Essential Tremor which is genetic transfer from my mother. My BP is around 135-138 during normal situations at the age of 22 which isn't okay according to the Drs I consulted.

It can be but i guess his GP have already ruled it out. Otherwise get thyroid function test done from lab, also check if you have other symptoms such as weight loss, irritability, mood swings.

I am excessively losing weight despite of eating more than a normal person does. Mood swings are common for me along with irritation or short temper even at home. I cannot tolerate someone speaking loud at all lol

Didn't neurologist gave you beta blocker for tremors, it also helps with blood pressure.

He prescribed Inderal 10mg which didn't work. So I went for 40 instead which did at first but now it doesn't.

The reason am worried is weight loss along with stomach pain since a year which I just noticed now.
