again the problem is LFTs are non specific, they mean nothing in isolation , its reactive responsive to so many things, but if your LFTS are high, do a full hepatits screen, if they are in 1000s you likely have hepatitis if not than you will need further autoimmune disease history and screening, basic cancer history and screening, a colonscopy etc
honestly, without a proper history i dont know what to look for
see someone in teaching hospital, i think you should see a general medicine specialist first, because we have no idea what is going on ..you dont see specialist for symptoms, you see them for complex diseases management
