Elite of military especially in army are as corrupt as any other institution of pakistan. Is it a strong fighting force? Yes. Is it capable? Yes. But anyone in senior ranks is highly likely to be a corrupt kanjar just like bandial or cherry blossom.

Yes they are. No Aem Baen Shaen. Call a spade a spade. Higher up ranks are real black sheep only a few of them come clean who have high moral standards personally rest 80% are "Khao Program". But the culture is not corrupt.
Not as much as Other institutions. I mean 99% of timr you cannot bribe a military Police Jawan or even a normal jawan on a checkpost to get your stuff done.
Meanwhile in Revenue Offices , FBR , Police , FIA , Courts everyone is corrupt from Chaprasi to 22 scale officer 99% of time.
So comparitively army is better at grass root level. But Generals are rotten most of them.

The top brass is extremely corrupt and they have appointed their retired men at powerful civilian positions over the years to get absolute control over the country. Everyone knew this was the case since Zia's government, only PTI fans are realizing this now.
