It was sarcastic statement about giving aid to different country . But our illiterate journalist take something else out of this statement.

How in the world can we give away a billion pounds a month to "bongo bongo land" when we are in such great debt that I do not understand. And to buy Ray-Ban sunglasses, apartments in Paris, Ferraris and all that comes with foreign aid. F-18 to Pakistan. We need a new F-18 squadron. Who gets it? Pakistan, where we send money.
