Is Kabul Regime Opening A new Front Against Pakistan?

I wonder what does an average American soldier (I guess he is not aware of the bigger scheme) thinks about all this ally thing; a professional army allying with pathological criminals who would normally find themselves on the army's wanted list.
So uncle sam is supporting these criminals and miscreants to create troubles in Pakistan.
no wonder that the Kabul regime's legitimacy doesnt extend beyond the presidential palace.
a regime which is morbidly racist and criminal and hates its own population violently discriminates against its Pashton Population

objects to our efforts for border management and fencing and has now outsourced its subversive activities to bandits to loot inside Pakistan.

These are far off valleys and grazing grounds at high altitude. There isn't any significant border control here. A person with right knowledge can walk and do this before LEAs react. Answer lies in reprisal. Not that we attack or use violence. Rather inform Kabul that we will hurt economically unless livestock is returned and justice is brought to those who were involved. If they don't comply, stop fuel supplies through Torkham and throw back few thousand refugees. Keep doing it till they comply. @Irfan Baloch is right. Livestock is all that these people have got. It is a devastating blow for them. They also killed two shepherds who tried to resist the looting. Ignoring this barbarism will only encourage further attacks on this peaceful community.

From the KPK-Balochistan border with Afghanistan I have personally observed that even ANA is involved in these sorts of actions/killings...

During flag meetings they always blame the "Taliban" who killed the shepherds etc.. Yet the reality is far from it...

They would only stop when they are targeted..

As for Chitral .. As I said .. We should place the cops and FC on high alert on strategic locations .. If not than going into Afghanistan (it's been done several times -- even during Shawal operation) is another option..

So what's the solution, to me Afghan Talibans seem to be the only viable solution. They are far less criminals than NA goons. I know they also have their issues but we should in the context of Afghanistan... a warring society since the inception of time ( a bit of exaggeration) but at least they had some principles and Afghanistan was a crime free zone despite their heavy handed style of govt but that was to be expected for a civil war torn country with more warlords than humans.

sir .. you nailed it so well

whether the Kabul regime is directly involved or not is a matter of debate but their local commanders (thugs) must be getting their cut from the bandits. such flock of goats is hard to hide .. and it will be hard for Kabul regime to show ignorance.. closing down the border and stopping the convoys via Torkham for example can bring them into their senses

@Irfan Baloch ur to blame for this, if u remember u taunted the Muppet Afghan President that he cant even order a briyani, well he took those comments to his heart and decided to have some mutton briyani.... they did what they are good at stole the goats and now he is going to enjoy Mutton Briyan from the meat of stolen goats and later on will blame Pakistan for the bad things happening in his junkyard....

Right of equal protection of every citizen is the responsibility of the state and what we can do in return is surgical strike in Afghanistan just to teach them lesson. No one should be allowed to infringe our sovereignty

Stealing sheeps from poor shepherds how low can you drop

It may not be the ANA itself doing this but there is no doubt that it's being done with their "ashirvad"....

You'd be perplexed to know the amount of poverty afghans face..

The afghans on the otherwise of the border are lucky to even eat bread with onions and qehva..

Mostly are involved in smuggling of wheat, livestock, cement, tractors etc... At least on the KPK-Balochistan side.

Afghanistan was built by looting other areas so its hardly a surprise. Let's wait till these bandits are shot dead.

There are many options available with the state.... shot these birds in thier own nests.... or fight this case on diplomatic front as it is unlawful and infringement of sovereignty is international crime.

hope we can repeat the Chinese example of 62. when they blamed Indians for stealing goats and then gave them a bloody nose. I know what you are saying.. these stolen goats must be on the dining tables of grinning ANA thugs who will be patting each other back for snatching them from Pakistan

Well giving them a bloody nose seems to be the only solution for now.....

Afghans are doing all this on the instructions of RAW they wanted to stretched down our forces with long Afghan-Pak border.
First we need some surgical strikes and kill they culprits.
Provide weapons and training to people of these areas so that they can defend themselves.
Try to fence the whole border with Afghanistan and as a punishment send huge number of Afghan refugees back to Afghanistan.

it can be a move to spread the military over the entire western border and keep it engaged. torkham incident meant to divert the attention of the military from the corrupt govt of pak. the govt needs to step in. enhance the capabilities of the local LEA to save the people against the gangsters . deployment of the military every where is neither possible nor the solution.

It's very sad this is a repeat incident, gov must ensure safety and security of the border otherwise I can see it happening again anytime soon. Poor afghanis have no shame they have to resort to cheap tactics of stealing across the border.
