It's obvious from your comments that you know nothing about the ICJ ruling. It had nothing to do with Jadhav being a terrorist or not. He "confessed" on Pakistan television that he was an Indian spy. The case was about Pakistan denying Jadhav consular access that he was entitled to under the Vienna Convention. The ICJ agreed to India's position on this.

How Pakistan sees this ruling as a victory is beyond me.
