Chinese state is always able to mobilized her people into mega project since 2300 years ago. This is absence in a lot of other civilization.

Well, the thing with India is that the common people were always chaotic and reluctant to adopt progressive change. This led to an absence of rise of a charismatic leader like Mao in China.

There certainly are progressives in India, like the youth leaders Kanhaiya Kumar and Shehla Rashid, but they should do something to get themselves in a position of influence instead of waiting for the common people to finally understand that in India lot of things are wrong.

Don't people get tired of this BS. Every month and week it is something. Covid-19 bringing the collapse of China. Pigs are dying and they are running out pork, or the dams are about burst killing millions, now the chinese are starving.

While China is importing lots of soy and meat, her food security is good. Essential grains such as rice and wheat are self sufficient.

In addition, there are semi deserts such in HeTao and inner mongolia that are untouched. Beneath the deserts are large aquifer.

In times of emergency these place could be converted to agriculture use within a few years.

China produces enough grains (rice, wheat, millet) to sustain itself. Vegetables are mostly self-sufficient too, but meat requires some import.

Yet some people in India have faced hunger, some died of it and one man had to eat a dog that had been killed on a highway.

Sonu Sood and Chef Vikas Khanna had to arrange food for many hungry people, something that the government failed to do.

Some people faces Hunger in UK and US as well. We have lots of food. Our food and fruit consumption increases every time. We are largest exporter of beef (Though I am very much against it. )

Yes, and there are many homeless people there too. And that is why their political systems should be replaced. Instead of fixing up their own societies they wage unnecessary war against countries where the system ensures that food and housing are basic human rights provided by the governments.

But should the presence of hunger and UK and USA mean that it should be allowed in India as well ?

We have lots of food.

And much of that food goes to feed dogs and is wasted in weddings.

It is ridiculous that none of the 35+ million stray dogs in India go hungry while a migrant laborer woman, Arvina, died of hunger at a railway station in Bihar.

Also to mention is that malnutrition is rife among children in India.

I'm a Canadian. When I went to elementary school we had government workers coming in school and preach to us not to waste food and water. This was a province wide campaign at the time.
Does that mean Canada is running out of food and water? Funny malnourished Indians lol
