Is America weaker than China?

If the US cut off China from the SWIFT system or completely ended exports of semiconductors it would be over for China. What can China do that the US cannot live without? Clearly not much. Will the US economy be hit very hard? Absolutely. But China would be hit much worse.

If US do this then China takes US to WTO and develops its own semiconductors.

China already produces more semiconductors than the US. SMIC 7 nm is already more advanced than any US semiconductor fab (10 nm Intel, 14 nm GloFo).
