To expect them to care about Indians would be the shocking news, not that they were ill-treated. Just look up today's HT ...........20 officers of the police have been arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment for staging a fake encounter.............Yesterday too 3 were sentenced to the same for criminal negligence.........
And if the situation was as bad as you say, then all these scams would never have been found!! Heck in our country an army general can't overstate his age!!!Nor can the president go unnoticed if her son misuses the name of her office!!!
And can a cabinet minister in China ever be discovered of planning a scam, let alone sent to jail for it??
