In a ceremony held at MOD's Aerospace Industries Organization, Brigadier General Dehghan unveiled Zolfaghar SRBM production line.

Zolfaghar is a development of Fateh-110 missile family, it is a single stage missile with combined solid fuel and range of 700km.

Do you have any idea about it's accuracy sir?

Minister of Defense claimed pin point accuracy but he offered no figures.

Fateh-110 is Iran's most accurate ballistic missile, it is logical to assume that Zolfaghar too continue the legacy, but again no CEP figure has been offered by Iran's official.

Wow. High accuracy
I think that Fateh-Khalij Fars-Dhulfiqar missile family is the most accurate branch of Iranian solid fuel missiles.

Unfortunately I have a great unanswered question in my mind. What happened to the strategic missile which shahid Tehrani was working on it?. As i heard it was going to be a solid fueled LRBM. It was capable of launching satellites into the GEO orbital level. I'm counting the days to see that missile.

Interestingly the Zolfaghar really seems to be a older design than the Fateh-313:

-No lightweight composite warhead section

-No updated 90° triangle fin in front of the rear fins

and for some reason they have shown launch photos of a Fateh-313 on which the name Zolfaghar is painted.

The Zolfaghar that we have seen in Bandar Abbas had B-313 printed on it which possibly refers to the old name of the project "Badr-313".

There is an CSIS article from 2014 that clearly names Emad, Badr-313 and Khorramshahr as Iran's future projects.

In an interesting twist, Minister of Defense Dehghan today in Parliament announced that Iran is going to produce three new ballistic missiles by this year's end.

Ghadir solid fueled MRBM.
Sejjil Solid fueled MRBM.
Khorramshahr high precision MRBM.

He also spoke of MRBMs with CEP of 10 meters which are capable of hitting warships, maybe a reference to Khorramshahr MRBM.
