At this point in the game,assuming that there is the prerequisite investment required,its still going to take at least the next couple of years worth of hard work just to rebuild the civilian space program back to where it was before rouhani&co effectively left it to rot as a gesture of goodwill to his new bffs in the west.
And thats before you can even get around to attempting to fix the problems with the simorgh,assuming that this is actually possible of course.
Until then building yet more satellites is simply just another pointless waste of resources.
At this point projects like this really only makes any sense if it is done in conjunction with the irgc space program,because effectively thats the only functioning space program that the iri has at this point in time

This time around, it is the US that needs to prove their commitment to JCPOA for Iran and the remaining partners in order to restore faith.

They must start by:

1. Re-joining the JCPOA
2. Lift all UN and unilateral sanctions (including import/export of arms)
3. Re-integrate Iran to SWIFT for international banking transactions
4. Approve licence for the delivery of all remaining Boeing and Airbus passenger planes ordered
5. Un-freeze all US and foreign-based Iranian assets (including Iranian banks abroad)
6. Remove visa ban for all Iranian citizen
7. Allow unconditional export of Iranian oil
8. Let Iran export excess enriched uranium to Russia for storage

AND THEN...the US can REQUEST Iran to fully comply with the Nuclear Deal!

I think you left out number nine on the list:

9. The compensation that is due to iran for the large economic losses that it sustained,due to both us sanctions and the failure of the other jcpoa signatories to uphold their obligations,will have to be addressed as well.


The biggest problem tho is what possible guarantees the west,ie both america and europe,can provide to ensure that they never ever pull this sort of sh!t ever again with the jcpoa,because unless there are going to be at least some minimum political and economic guarantees that amount to more than simply "trust us" or "we promise we wont ever do it again" sort of bullsh!t,then theres simply no point in rejoining the deal.
The only other option would be for iran to abstain from returning to full compliance for the next 2-4 years during which time the west will not only have to prove that it is abiding by the terms of the deal,but more importantly that iran is getting the full benefit economically to ITS satisfaction.Even then tho there is still the very real threat that a post biden republican regime can just pull the same old sh!t again.

yes but IRGC will move on as planned, next president will be hardliner but he will remain in the deal and continue space launches too

The last 3 are out of question for Zionists. Sanctioning the nuclear program is just an excuse for everything that Iran wants to achieve in normal conditions as every non sanctioned nation.

11. Zionist state will never commit to peaceful nuclear program that they are running unobstructed for decades.
12. They will do everything in their power to curb any form of development Iran has planned whether be it civilian or military, hence the sanctions.
