I don't think all 74 boats were that type, more likely "74" includes logistics and lesser types.

I've previously suggested the IPS-16 Peykaap was semi-submersible, but I'd doubt these locally built versions are, not least because with the new mast and external missiles it wouldn't be stealthy even if it did semi-submerge, so they'd be no point.

These look very flimsy. Can they really submerge ? I doubt it. Iran should get some help from Russia in perfecting these boats if it can.
