As said, these forces were supported by Germany for the most part, which constitutes a force multiplier. There were Czech and Slovak volunteers in the Waffen-SS, Czechoslovakia at the beginning of WW2 was economically about as wealthy as France. There were French and other western European volunteers as well. As for Italy it was a major power, Spanish forces were battle hardened from the foregoing civil war.

The USA entered the ground war against Germany only in the summer of 1944. By that time the Soviets had already expelled German forces from practically of all their territory (except for the Baltics, Belarus and few other stretches of land).

France had long been defeated and occupied, whatever industries it had were put at the service of Germany, so adding France to that list doesn't make sense.

This only leaves the UK, whose troops had evacuated continental Europe before the start of Operation Barbarossa, and whose battles against Germans were then mostly confined to Northern Africa.

From June 1941 to June 1944, Germany was practically only fighting the Soviets (and the British in Africa) head on as far as state-level adversaries go.
