There are differing estimates of the expatriates’ total capital (1.3 trillion dollars[26]), but what is clear is that it is so huge that it will be enough to buy shares of all state companies. In Dubai alone, Iranian expatriates are estimated to have invested up to $200 billion.[27] If 10 percent of this capital arrives, things will change drastically in Iran.
If the Iranian diaspora invest 10% in their nation, drastic change will happen

Speak about things you know a little about, buddy. You don't have to pronounce on everything...

99% of Iranians outside Iran will never invest in Iran under these conditions. I have thought about it a lot and whether I would invest or not. I know for a fact that by 2020 I'm going to have around 500,000 dollar cash in my account. Of course I love my country, but I won't be able to live in Iran under these conditions so my money will be invested whereever I will be living at the time. If laws in Iran changed than I would consider living in Iran again.

In the West there is a lot of opportunity and we Iranians know how to take advantage of it.
