Iraq started the war with small number of MiG-21 and MiG-23 against a large number of F-4 and F-14. If Iranian generals were a bot competent Iran would crush Iraq in months. But since generals were replaced by mullahs wit prayer bumps Iran resorted to human wave tactics.

Stay silent when you don't know anything about Iran during 8 year war .

When Iraq invaded Iran , there was no sign of an army or air force . There were only 11000 units along the border which was no match to Iraqi army which had been supplied and prepared by all of the super powers .

Iranian air force was a total dependent force before the revolution and when the military advisers left the country it was paralyzed adding that missiles and equipments were limited which made it harder .


The generals you are talking about like that proved themselves in the battlefield and surprised the world .

Every single person who has read 1 page about imposed war knows that Iraq had upper hand in most fields including full support of West , East and almost all of the Arabian countries .

I watched the video, It looks like other drones even it doesnt have new shape but is not as bad as many claims, Actually this drone will serve Iran army better than karrar I think, And one thing that we must attention to it is that Iran experts must design something with low cost in large number......And all of us dont know what is best for Iran army, so we cant say that it is rubbish because the design is not new, it is not stealthy and it doesnt have any camera or such things..............Only the worth of this new drone will be seen in war, not another ways............

You are one deluded man, these kind of systems are for ground surveillance, anything above ground level be out of focus and practically undetectable. these systems are not for scanning was airspace.

First of all Dimona is not nuclear plant, it is nuclear research center as far as public knows, secondly there is no such system nearby Dimona, these kind of systems operate near borders, suc as Gaza border, Egypt, Lebanon because it is for LAND SURVEILLANCE!

the only reason your warships don't fire at our boats is because these are Iranian patrol boats, it's their job to get info from any closing ship or warship, and your commanders know what would happen to them if they fire at us,
we are not like the Pakistanis letting you to kill civilian and just send some objections.

No, you know what would happened if you fired on us first since you threaten an aircraft carrier and didn't carry that threat. And we have seen what happened last time allowing the enemy so close like the USS Cole so it was justified when belief they were about to be attacked. Since we are not at war with Iran we didn't even fired at you...yet. At least the Iranians have the gall to show their flag knowing they could be destroyed if they didn't show their intentions instead of being anonymous terrorist suicidal boat.

It doesn't need to be a cutting edge technology, besides, nobody have such an expectations from Iran anyway. If they show its specifications and release a decent quality video showing some of its capabilities, i would do nothing but appreciate it.

There were some purges(mostly generals) and some left the Army on their own but many remained in the army, my father entered Officer academy in 1355(1977) and graduated on 1358(1980) at the start of invasion he was in kordestan fighting separatist but my uncle at the time was in 92nd Armored Division stationed in Ahvaz, he was with one the first battalions that engaged iraqi army, iraqis had shelled some border areas before the start of war but no one thought that they would actually invade iran and because of the chaos after the revolution many tanks were not serviced so they were not ready for immediate action i think he told me that their brigade had around 10-20 chieftains for immediate action.

Iran's army wasn't destroyed after revolution, there were some(like MEK and some marxist groups) that called for complete disbanding of army but Ayatollah Khomeini was against it.

Although initially I was very disappointed(because i was expecting something else) but after my emotions died down i realized that this not a UAV at all, i think it is about 5-6 meters long and can be very good for its specific rules and after seeing video it looked much better(i think it was because of it was because of its coloring that Hamaseh look a little awkward)
